Deposit of the first two nights is required to confirm the booking. |

Balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. |

Bookings made within 30 days of arrival are payable in full at time of booking. |

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival will attract a 20% cancellation fee. |

Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit payment unless the property can be rebooked for the full booking term. |

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. |

Due to our World Heritage status, pets are not permitted on the property. |

A credit card number is to be supplied for security. |

Guests will be liable for any damage or breakages caused by them or their invitees, that are not considered normal wear & tear. |

Guests may also be liable for additional cleaning fees if required. |
